Naturally produced vinegar ed aged in barrels. The presence of some degree of residual alcohol gives the product a particular fragrance.

Obtained from the autochthonous Grillo white grape variety, this vinegar maintains its great organoleptic depth, balanced softness, herbaceous floral scents.
