The sweet Marsala Superiore wine, obtained from vine varieties autochthonous with a strong Grillo and Catarratto character, allows to obtain this vinegar which maintains the typical fragrances and ethereal perfumes.
Naturally produced vinegar ed aged in barrels. The presence of some degree of residual alcohol gives the product a particular fragrance.
